To be fit is to go on long distance runs and lift weights in the gym so you can get fit. A cardiovascular health is when it affects the heart and blood vessels. To exercise work out your heart is by burn calories, lower blood pressure, lower bad cholesterol and to boost up your good cholesterol. It is important to work out your heart by exercise everyday for 30 minutes. Exercise intensity needed to work out your heart is to measure exercise using target heart rates.
